The first apartment has a 3+kk layout and an area of 60 m2, consisting of a living room with a kitchen and fireplace stoves, two rooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second apartment has a 3+1 layout and an area of 98 m2, comprising a kitchen with a dining area, three rooms, and a bathroom.

Technicalities

The chateau estate underwent a complete and costly reconstruction between 2008 and 2010. The buildings are not listed as historic monuments, but the historical character and genius loci of the site were preserved during the renovation.

The main building and the family house have new roofs made of burnt tiles and copper gutters and downspouts. The electrical and water installations, connected to the municipal sewage system, have been completely replaced. The building is partially insulated, and all windows and doors are new. New flooring and tiling have been laid in the interiors.

The residential buildings are equipped with solar panels for water heating. An optical connection has been installed in the property. The property is sold unfurnished, with the residential houses partially furnished.

EQUESTRIAN STAYS AND COMMERCIAL EVENTS

Whether you want to start a business in tourism or expand your portfolio of recreational properties, this estate will not disappoint. It has plenty of potential. Originally, equestrian courses and weekend stays for children, youth, and disabled riders were organized here. Among the most famous is the spooky Draxmoor Castle, just a minute's walk from your estate. Your guests will be only a 10-minute drive from the Šikland amusement park in nearby Zvole nad Pernštejnem. In addition, there are plenty of ruins and historical monuments in the area, such as Pernštejn Castle or Zelená Hora. Vysočina also has more than 800 km of equestrian trails, one of which leads near Dolní Rožínka.
